One Day or Day One

This week, Pastor Mike inspired us to embrace the possibilities of a new year through surrendering to Jesus. Regardless of how 2023 unfolded, we are presented with a choice: to view today as just another day or as the inaugural day of the best year of our lives. In the complexities of today's world, we encounter various challenges related to finances, anxiety, fear, faith, and self-image, among others. There assuring truth is that we are crafted in the image of God, designed to growing His likeness and experience the abundant life He offers. Living in communion with God enables us to embody the fruits of the spirit—love, joy, peace,kindness, and self-control—regardless of the challenges we face. However,attaining these blessings and God's optimal plan for our lives necessitates a pivotal decision: to relinquish our own ways and surrender to God's divine path. The moment has come to choose—will today be just another day or the first day of a transformative journey?
